There are 5 qualities that I want to have in a leader who I am going to work with: 1. Confidence 2. Capable 3. Committed 4. Coachable 5. Good Communicator What do I mean by capable? I mean that when you send them a welcome email or package, they don’t ask you a question because they actually read it! And then they sign somebody up all by themselves. That is capable. They’re committed when things are going poorly, and they’re still there. They are still showing up on leadership calls, attending months, and month after month, they are in it.
